SHIPPING POLICY

REMEMBER : YOU DON’T NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY WITH PAYPAL!

We ship our packages out via USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping within the United States. Orders will ship within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 2-3 business days processing time.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.

EXPRESS SHIPMENTS

All express Shipments are processed by 5pm EST. Once an express shipment is placed please contact Shair Dazzle to verify we have received your request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shair Dazzle is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
We do NOT refund shipping charges for orders returned.

Please allow 12 to 16 business days to receive orders.

Can you make changes to order?

Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot to be altered once items have been shipped out. Changes can only be made DURING the 3 day processing period.

OUR RETURN POLICY

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.
If you want to exchange an item you will need to call our customer service number.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).
Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 3 days of the receipt for an exchange.
To Exchange:
1. Items must be in its original condition as stated above
2. Ship back for exchange within 3 days of receipt
